At the Consultation

- Expect to get all your questions answered as we tour your home and the items to be moved or downsized.
- Expect our representative to take notes on all your special details and then include them into the detailed move plan after the consultation.
After the Consultation
- Expect to receive your consultation documents within one business day.
- Expect a check-in call within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your documents, to answer any additional questions.
- Expect our team to handle all the scheduling details to make your move run smoothly.
On Pack & Move Day
- Expect the team you are hiring to be on time, professional and understanding at all times.
- Expect a Senior Move Manager to be your voice, relaying your wishes and needs to the team and asking any questions that the team may have.
- Expect the team to work quickly. It is important to keep the path to exit your home clear.
- Expect your team to take photos of your arrangements to help in putting things right in your new home.
- Expect our team to bring all needed, high quality, packing supplies.
- Expect your belongings to be wrapped and safely packed so they make it to your new home in perfect condition.
- Expect your move team to protect your floors, doorways and walls.
- Expect packing materials to be removed, when we help with your unpacking.
After Your Move
- Expect a post move call to discuss how the move went.
- Expect to find your items put away in the similar place to where you had them before your move.
- Expect your bed to be set-up and made.
- Expect to be amazed.
